Building engineer/ Designing engineer

The ideal candidate:
- academic studies (accomplished) in constructions
- knowledge of PC (MS Office, AutoCad, Arhicad – advantage)
- experience in activities of construction work execution and assemblage/mounting shall be beneficial
- fluently speak English – compulsory
- knowledge of Spanish - advantage
- driver’s license category B , driving experience compulsory
- abilities to relate to and negotiate with the company’s performers and providers
- availability to travels within the country and abroad

Responsibilities:
- ability to coordinate the position assigned works, to draft and follow/implement the execution diagrams
- supervise and control the execution works and the allotted budget
- provide assistance for architecture design works
- administer various builder teams
- analyze the suppliers’ material offers, also the work performers’ offers
- evaluate and supervise the work quality
- maintain costs within the allotted budgets
